Executive Team  
Magna Leadership Solutions was founded by three recognized practitioners and scholars in the field of management and leadership development.  Each partner brings expertise and a skill set in areas to assess, educate, and coach individuals and teams to deliver business results. With over 75 years of combined management and leadership development experience, the Magna team offers a single source solution to build strong, team and results focused leaders.


Dr. Kevin D. Gazzara

      • Managed, Intel’s first-line Managing Through People (MTP) and the Mid-level manager Leading Through People (LTP) programs.
      • Previous positions included managing - Intel University for the US, the HR graduate rotation program, the worldwide HR mentoring program, and marketing/ product development organizations for the i960 and i750 Intel chips. 
      • Transamerica Corporation  - positions for 10 years in Engineering, Technical Marketing, Advertising, Business Development and General Management for a division of Transamerica Corporation.
  • University of Phoenix
    •  University Research Chair for Organizational Behavior
    • Master faculty member at the University of Phoenix teaching in the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.
    • Teaching -  Marketing, Management, Leadership, and Organization Development at the University of Phoenix on-ground and on-line classes since 1996.
  • Awards and Expertise
    • Task Quotient (TQTM) Assessment Tool for determining employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention was announced by Target Training International (TTI) in August of 2004.TQTM is based on his doctoral dissertation

  • Experience - 17 years of technical, management, and leadership experience at Intel Corporation delivering very successful microprocessors, chipsets, and microcontrollers products in collaboration with global teams.
    • Extensive international work experience across the United States, Malaysia, India, Germany, and Ireland.
    • Trainer and coach for Six Sigma and Lean Production. Clients include Fortune 500 companies.
  • University of Phoenix and Chapman University
    • Faculty of Graduate Business Administration and Management with teaching experience of 20 years.  
    • Consultant for advanced research and statistics services to individuals and organizations. 
  • Awards and Expertise  
    • Inventor and the holder of U.S. Patent for the Interactive Self Test mechanism used on certain Intel microprocessors.
    • Creator and copyright owner of CALIBER Leadership Assessment Scale and Cross Cultural Leadership Inventory.
    • Co-author of the book, The Leader of OZ: Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century, scheduled for publication in March 2008.
    • Recipient of Future HR Leader award from the Human Capital magazine.

Marleen L. Lundy
Senior Partner
Based in Portland, Oregon
  • Experience 15  years of experience in designing and delivering global management and professional development training programs, managing project teams, and event coordination.
    • Employed at Intel Corporation from 1999 to 2007.  For the last four years at Intel, she was part of the Management Leadership Development (MLD) group, where she had managed the operations of Intel’s first-line and mid-management training residential programs, Managing Through People (MTP) and Leading Through People (LTP).
    • Previously held positions  - project management, technical and customer support, and conference/event management.  Prior to Intel, Marleen was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a telecommunications company.
  • Skills and Expertise - In increasing team communications and performance through the implementation of process improvements and strategic-thinking. Designing simulations, coaching and facilitating team development activities.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and owns another consulting company (reSet Solutions LLC) focused on delivering the DISC behavior profile assessment.
    • Certified behavioral analyst, she has taught engaging workshops to over 450 students on the theories and concepts to bring understanding to themselves and adapting to others. 
    • Contributions include course material development and teaching and is an active member of the Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon association
