About Magna Leadership Solutions

Magna Leadership Solutions develops leaders and provides them with tools and skills to measurably improve results and create sustainable businesses in all environments. Using assessments, training programs, coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and simulations, Magna creates leadership systems and measurable solutions for long-term sustainability.
Magna delivers tools for the client to determine measurable results so that they can benchmark their environment and quantify their return on investment, and we guarantee results based on these measurements. We believe that our success is only achieved when our clients:

Each partner brings expertise and a skill set in areas to assess, educate, and coach individuals and teams to deliver business results. With over 75 years of combined management and leadership development experience, the Magna team offers a single source solution to build strong, team and results focused leaders.
Dr. Kevin D. Gazzara

Intel Corporation from 1989 to 2007
- Managed, Intel’s first-line Managing Through People (MTP) and the Mid-level manager Leading Through People (LTP) programs.
- Previous positions included managing - Intel University for the US, the HR graduate rotation program, the worldwide HR mentoring program, and marketing/ product development organizations for the i960 and i750 Intel chips.
- Transamerica Corporation - positions for 10 years
in Engineering, Technical Marketing, Advertising, Business Development
and General Management for a division of Transamerica Corporation.

Marleen L. Lundy
Senior Partner
Based in Portland, Oregon
As a key player in the Management and Leadership Development department for a major high-tech company, Marleen was introduced to different assessment tools and training options that enabled the organization to become more effective and high-performing. Marleen's passion and desire for helping others gave her the inspiration to bring these offerings to entrepreneurs, as well as small and mid-size companies where the benefits and value of the tools and training would have the most impact.
Marleen has over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering global management and professional development training programs, managing project teams, and event coordination. Marleen was employed at Intel Corporation from 1999 to 2007. While at Intel, she was part of the Management Leadership Development (MLD) group, where she had managed the operations of Intel’s first-line and mid-management training residential programs, Managing Through People (MTP) and Leading Through People (LTP). Marleen previously held positions in project management, technical and customer support, and conference/event management. Prior to Intel, she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a telecommunications company.
Marleen has a proven skill set in increasing team communications and performance through the implementation of process improvements and strategic-thinking. She has experience in designing simulations and team development activities. As a certified behavioral analyst, she has taught engaging workshops to over 450 students on the theories and concepts to bring understanding to themselves and adapting to others.
